Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 5 August 2026 · Effective from 5 August 2026
These terms govern your use of jimbamber.co.uk, an independent editorial site comparing self-serve advertising networks. Using the site means accepting them. They cover what the published information is and is not, how current it can be expected to be, the commercial relationship behind the site, and the limits of responsibility for decisions taken on the basis of what you read here. They are written to be read, not to be impenetrable, and anything unclear can be raised through the contact page.
Information, not professional advice
Everything published on this site is editorial information about advertising platforms, written and verified by the named author. It is not financial, legal, tax or business advice and it is not a recommendation tailored to your circumstances. It takes no account of your offers, your budget, your risk tolerance, your traffic sources, your regulatory obligations or the jurisdiction you operate in.
Decisions about where to spend advertising budget, which platform to integrate with, and how much to commit are yours alone. Advertising spend carries commercial risk. Campaigns fail. Traffic quality varies between sources inside a single platform, and results one buyer gets on a given network say little about what another will get. Nothing on this site should be read as a prediction of performance or a guarantee of return.
Accuracy, dating and change
Figures on Best Ad Networks are read from platforms' own help centers, terms of service, payment pages and pricing pages, and each page states the date they were checked. That method is described in full in the editorial policy.
Advertising terms change without notice and often without any public announcement. A minimum deposit can be revised, a payout schedule restructured, a format retired or a vertical policy tightened between one week and the next, and platform documentation is routinely updated in place with no version history. A figure verified in August may therefore be inaccurate by October through no fault of anyone.
For that reason, no warranty is given that the information here is complete, current or error-free, and you should confirm current conditions with the platform itself before depositing money, integrating a tag or committing to any commercial arrangement. Where sources conflict and the conflict cannot be resolved from public documentation, this site publishes the conflict and leaves the choice of which to rely on with you.
Commercial relationship and affiliate links
Sign-up buttons on this site link to AdsCompass and carry tracking parameters. If you open an account through one of them, this site may receive a commission from that platform. There is no cost to you and no difference in the terms you receive.
This relationship is disclosed on the about page and constrained by the editorial policy, which prohibits altering factual comparison data for commercial reasons and requires drawbacks to be reported for every platform including the commercial partner. The site publishes no ratings, scores or ranked positions for any platform, and no paid placement, sponsored content or link sales exist here.
Where the published data supports a recommendation, the recommendation is stated openly along with the reasoning, so a reader who weighs the criteria differently can reach a different conclusion from the same figures.
Third-party platforms and links
This site is independent of every platform it compares. Beyond the affiliate relationship disclosed above, there is no agency relationship, partnership, endorsement or joint venture with any advertising network, and nothing published here is made on any platform's behalf or with its approval.
Any contract you enter with an advertising platform is between you and that platform. Its terms of service, moderation decisions, account approvals and suspensions, payment processing, payout schedules, refund handling and dispute resolution are entirely outside the control of this site. Complaints about a platform go to that platform. This site has no leverage there: it cannot intervene in an account decision, recover a balance, unblock a campaign or influence a moderation outcome.
Outbound links to industry bodies, standards documentation and regulatory guidance are provided for reference. Their content is controlled by the organisations that publish them and may change or move without notice.
Compliance is your responsibility
Advertising is regulated differently across jurisdictions and verticals. Rules on disclosure, on gambling and adult content, on financial promotions, on data protection and on claims made in creatives vary by country and by the platform's own policies, and they change frequently.
Determining what applies to your campaigns, your creatives and your landing pages is your responsibility, as is compliance with the terms of any platform you use. References on this site to industry standards or regulatory guidance are descriptive, not legal advice, and this site is not a law firm.
Intellectual property
The text, tables, graphics and page design on this site are the property of its operator and are protected by copyright. You may quote short extracts for commentary, review or reporting with clear attribution and a link to the page quoted.
Systematic copying, wholesale republication, scraping for use in derivative comparison content, or reproduction of tables in substantially their published form is not permitted without written consent. Platform names, logos and trade marks appearing here belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; their appearance implies no affiliation or endorsement in either direction.
Availability
This site is provided on an as-available basis. Pages move. No guarantee is given that access will be uninterrupted, that URLs will stay put, or that content will be retained indefinitely. Pages may be revised, merged or removed as the market changes, and no obligation is accepted to maintain archived versions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for loss arising from reliance on information published on this site. That covers advertising spend, lost revenue, lost profits, wasted management time, business interruption and any indirect or consequential loss. It applies whether the loss follows from an inaccuracy, an omission, a figure that changed after verification, or a decision taken on the basis of anything published here.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised as the site develops. The effective date at the top of this page records the current version, and continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of it. Material changes to the commercial model or to the editorial standards behind published figures will also be reflected on the about page and in the editorial policy.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising out of them or out of use of this site are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page, and how your data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
