This page explains how to reach the editorial desk, what happens to each type of message, and how long a reply takes. There is no contact form on this site by design: a form requires processing and storing your details on a server, and a mailto link achieves the same result without collecting anything. Corrections are the most useful message you can send, and the fastest way to get one applied is described below.

Email addresses

Sending a correction

Corrections move fastest when they contain enough to act on without a round trip. Four things make the difference between a fix today and a conversation next week.

Every applied correction is logged with a date on the page it affects, per the editorial policy. Nothing gets quietly edited.

For the networks compared here

If your platform appears in a comparison and a figure is out of date, send the current documentation and it will be updated the same way any other correction is, with the change logged publicly. This applies whether the correction makes the platform look better or worse; the log exists for both.

Two requests get a standing no. Removing an accurately reported drawback is one: the drawbacks on this site are drawn from the platforms' own published terms, and reporting them is the reason the comparison is worth reading. Adding a rating, badge or ranked position is the other: this site publishes no ratings of any kind for any platform, including the one it has a commercial relationship with.

Requests to correct a figure that is genuinely disputed between your own pages are welcome and useful. Where a platform's homepage, blog and help center disagree, saying which one is authoritative resolves something no amount of external research can.

Advertising and link enquiries

There is no advertising inventory on this site, no sponsored post programme, no paid placement in comparison tables and no link sales. The single revenue source is the affiliate relationship disclosed on the about page, and adding others would compromise the only thing this site has to offer.

Guest post pitches, link exchange proposals and content syndication offers are not read past the subject line, and no reply is sent. This is not rudeness; it is the only workable response to the volume such offers arrive in.

Language, hours and what gets ignored

Correspondence is handled in English only. The desk runs on UK time, so a message sent on a Friday evening in the US is normally read on Monday morning here, and anything arriving over a UK bank holiday weekend shifts by a day. Urgency does not speed up a correction that needs a platform's documentation checked behind a login, because opening an account to verify a figure takes as long as it takes.

Automated pitches are filtered aggressively. Guest post offers, link exchange requests, SEO service pitches, AI content proposals and bulk outreach of any kind are deleted unread and receive no reply. If you are writing about something real and worry your message looks like outreach, put the page name and the figure in the subject line; that is enough to get it read.

Response times and what to expect

Editorial replies go out within two working days, corrections with documentation usually within one. Privacy requests are answered within the statutory period and normally far faster. Messages that require checking a platform's documentation can take longer if that documentation is behind a login and an account has to be opened first.

Everything covering how this site verifies figures before publishing them is set out in the editorial policy, and the terms governing use of the site are in the terms and conditions.
